Selenite sticks are perfect for recharging/cleansing all your crystals. Just place your small crystals on top of the selenite and leave for at least 6 hours.
This item may help with aches and pains (headaches, muscle soreness, or tightness) as well as insomnia. Lay down, take deep breaths, and exhale at least 3 times. Gently, place the selenite directly on the spot that is giving you trouble, relax (close your eyes, meditate, set an intention for the selenite) for at least 15-20 minutes. Each one is sold separately. Please do not get your selenite wet or near water, it can disintegrate. Also, the item scratches very easily note, that there are imperfections in each natural stone. These are hand-cut in Morocco.
