To those who celebrate….Merry Christmas Eve!
And congratulations on making it to the final day of 12 Days of Pilates!
I hope you’ve enjoyed these short daily workouts and are feeling good about the way you’re caring for your health during this busy time of year.

But for now, enjoy your last workout of the challenge and then go enjoy your festivities. Unplug, be present and reflect on all the good there is in this life.
On a personal note, this holiday means a lot to me and I am eternally grateful for what it represents. Jesus redeemed my life years ago and has continued to provide fullness in my life ever since.
I am also grateful for you. Thank you for joining me in this challenge and for helping to make The Balanced Life the special thing that it is.
