12 Days of Pilates: Day 2 (legs)
Welcome to day 2 of 12 Days of Pilates!
Today we’re focusing on the lower body. This was another popular workout int the Pilates Summer Series I did with Athleta. It’s great for toning, strengthening and sculpting the lower body.
Fun fact: while filming this video at 6:00am my daughter was set up in a pack’n’play behind the camera. A working mom’s gotta do what she’s gotta do. 🙂
