12 Days of Pilates: Day 3 (booty burn)
Today we’re keeping with the beach theme but taking our focus to that beach booty of yours.
I know, it’s the middle of winter. We’re all very grateful right now that a “bikini body” isn’t on our radar.
But keep in mind, it’s a lot easier to maintain a strong, healthy body than it is to start all over again in desperation when May rolls around.
