Alright beauties, it’s almost time to get started!

If you haven’t signed up for the 28 Days of Pilates challenge yet CLICK HERE to get on the list.

If you missed the details and want to more about how we’re going to sculpt, shape & tone our beautiful bodies over the next month click here.

For those of you who are already on board here are a couple details:

  1. The 1st video will go live on Saturday morning! It will be posted right here on the blog so be sure to bookmark my site if you haven’t already.

  2. I will be sending out an email with our workout schedule and a helpful checklist tomorrow. So make sure you’re on this list to get the scoop.

  3. So we can truly do this TOGETHER please post about it on Instagram, Facebook or Twitter using the hashtag #28daysofpilates. That way I can find you and follow you to cheer you on throughout the month! And I won’t feel so alone 🙂

Oh, and remember if your Instagram profile is “private” I can’t see what you post (even if you use the #28daysofpilates hashtag)! So leave a comment with your Instagram name and I’ll request to follow you ASAP.
