30-Day Pilates Body Challenge: Day #11 (Yoga with Sarah Beth)
Hi Beauties!
I’m so excited to introduce you to our next guest instructor today.
Meet Sarah Beth.
Sarah Beth is a close friend of mine. She is a phenomenal yoga instructor and is incredibly popular on YouTube. She’s currently pregnant with her first child…I can’t wait to meet her little yoga baby!
Here’s a little more about Sarah Beth…
Sarah Beth is a YouTuber and yoga teacher in the Denver area. When she’s not nesting for her first baby (due this spring!) she’s teaching yoga online to 100,000 women all over the world through her YouTube channel. She creates fresh weekly yoga videos for all levels, simple teachings on meditation and mindfulness, and encourages viewers to “take what works for you, forget the rest.” Sarah Beth’s style of teaching is influenced by daily practice, functional movement and flow. Give her Free Flow a try today to challenge both body AND mind.
Sarah Beth is leading us through a gentle “free flow” yoga routine. This will be a perfect way to wrap up the week and head into the weekend.
If you’re new to yoga or it’s not your thing, that’s okay! I encourage you to just give it a try.
In “free flow” yoga she’ll be leaving space in the middle of the routine to do what feels right to you. You can either continue with her sequence (as she’ll explain in the video) OR if yoga isn’t your thing then you can use this time to do Pilates. Listen to your body, do what feels good and use this time in your own way.
If you have 2 minutes you may want to watch this quick How to “Free Flow” in Yoga video.
Remember, I’m providing complementary workouts in this challenge to encourage you to take what you learn about your body in Pilates (alignment, core engagement, breath) and apply it to other activities.
Enjoy!
Daily Check-In: Tell me ONE thing you’ve learned about yourself or your body over since starting this challenge. Use the hashtag #30daypilatesbody on Instagram and Twitter so I can see your posts. 🙂
