Hi Beauties!

Are you ready for another week of strength-building Pilates?

If you’re still with me you should be SO proud of yourself. Not everyone could hang. But you’re still here and you’re getting stronger by the day. You CAN finish this. I believe in you.

Today’s ab workout will get your blood pumping and leave you feeling refreshed and energized.

Modifications: 

For a tired neck: rest your head on the mat or a folded towel instead of lifting up into a chest lift.

For “thread the needle”: keep your bottom knee resting on the mat like a kickstand OR skip the twist and just hold a side plank.

Daily Check-In: Sleep is one of the most over-looked components of a healthy, balanced life. Sleep affects EVERYTHING. Make it a goal to get an extra half hour of sleep tonight and then check-in to let me know how it went. 🙂
