A Tribute To Joseph Pilates
One of my favorite clients, Tarah (from Hey Sugarsnap), recently sent me this adorable Pilates animation. While it’s cute and fun, it truly does an incredible job of summing up Joseph Pilates’ story and how the Pilates method came to be.
