Dirty Dozen and Clean Fifteen
Hi Beauties,
I hope you had a great weekend.
Did you have a chance to do the first April Abs workout? If not, you should do it this week. 🙂
In last month’s newsletter (are you on the list?) I sent out the updated Dirty Dozen and Clean Fifteen recommendations from the Environmental Working Group.

The Dirty Dozen is a published list that prioritizes the produce that you should by organic because of their high level of pesticide residue.
I’d love to buy all organic all the time but instead I find a balance.
When it comes to produce I follow this list.
I also try to buy organic meat and dairy products as well.
The best advice I can give is to shop the sales. You can snag some great deals on organic meat and produce if you’re willing to be flexible and go with what’s on sale.
I follow a lot of these same guidelines: how we afford to eat organic on a budget.
Print this post or print this free download and keep it with you when you do your shopping for easy reference.
I’m curious, do you buy organic?
xo,
