Monday – Friday Pilates Challenge (Monday)

Good morning!

I’m honored to be over on The Body Book today leading us through an energizing Monday – Friday Pilates challenge. The Body Book is Cameron Diaz’s latest project that is full of inspiring healthy, fitness & wellness inspiration. I love what they’re doing.

I was asked to create a short Pilates routine for each day of the work week that will leave you feeling strong, energized and refreshed.

These videos will be a great way to start or end your day as we *hopefully* close out winter and prepare for spring.

MONDAY

Today’s workout has a little extra focus on the abs. It’s a full body routine but you’ll definitely feel the work in your core. Remember to focus on form first, the results will follow.
