Pilates Summer Series – Day #6 + Tropical Smoothie Recipe
Summer is definitely drawing near. After my trip to Arizona last weekend I have been craving ice cold water with fresh fruit and citrus. So refreshing.
Last year I wrote all about infused detox waters so be sure to check out this post for yummy flavored water ideas to keep you cool and hydrated as you complete your workouts.
Another refreshing drink I’ve been loving lately is this creamy tropical smoothie.
It’s packed with nutrients and healthy fats to keep you full and satisfied.

Let’s do Pilates…
We’re back to the abs again today and I think you’ll love it. Today I want you to focus on moving slowly, with control and precision. Don’t rush the exercises. Faster and “harder” isn’t always better. Follow my lead and remember to breathe.
