My NEW Prenatal Pilates Program is finally here!

As many of you know, throughout my most recent pregnancy (with twins!), I have been creating a new prenatal Pilates program.

Pregnancy can be a wonderful, yet overwhelming experience. Having been pregnant multiple times and working with many pregnant clients as a Pilates instructor, I understand the challenges you might be facing right now.

Are you low on energy and motivation?

Or perhaps you know exercise is important during pregnancy, but you’re struggling to find the time to fit it in?

Or maybe you want to exercise, but you’re not sure what’s safe vs. unsafe and don’t know where to start?

But I’ve found that many people don’t know where to start when it comes to prenatal exercise.

I don’t want you to go either of those routes, and that’s exactly why I created this new program.


The Prenatal Pilates Program provides safe, effective, and realistic at-home Pilates routines that will carry you through your entire pregnancy.
